Brand Strategy Executive

This is a remote position where you will develop comprehensive brand strategies from the ground up, including brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity guidelines.

  • Develop Brand Strategies: Create comprehensive brand strategies for clients, including brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform and validate strategic recommendations.
  • Translate Strategy into Tangible Plans: Translate brand strategy into tangible marketing and content plans across all channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Lead Client Relationships: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, leading discovery sessions, strategy presentations, and key review meetings.
  • Presentation and Communication: Articulate and present strategic concepts, campaign plans, and performance insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Internal Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Serve as the strategic lead for internal teams (creative, content, performance marketing), providing clear briefs and direction to ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the core brand vision and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or a similar strategic role within a marketing or advertising agency.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
