About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator/developer to join our team. This hybrid contract role requires a professional with a strong background in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver responsible for managing the platform's stability, executing deployments, and contributing to development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute major ServiceNow platform upgrades on a bi-annual basis.
  • Oversee monthly patching and defect remediation to maintain system health.
  • Handle ServiceNow deployments to UAT and Production environments for all development sprints.
  • Assist in developing and expanding release automation to streamline and simplify deployment processes.
  • Perform minor development tasks within the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure system functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM certification is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
