UX Architect Position

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled UX architect to lead the design and implementation of user-centered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with ServiceNow architecture and proficiency in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

A strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, combined with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement user-centered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
  • Architect and implement portal and workspace solutions with customization in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure design consistency and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Guide teams on portal scripting, UX frameworks, and UI Builder customization.
  • Support ITSM and ITOM modules and lead architectural decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to ServiceNow architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with UI Builder, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and CSS-based development.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow client/server scripting and APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
