Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and managing multiple modules within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for various tools, including ITSM, Discovery, Event Management, SPM, IntegrationHub, Midservers, and applicable coding languages and security.
  • Designing and building platform capabilities using Flow Designer, custom code, and integrations with external systems.
  • Managing platform tickets and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining instance stability and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills: Strong configuration of base capabilities, experience with platform integration models, and knowledge of team interoperation and collaboration. Additionally, proficiency in handling multiple workstreams efficiently and clear communication of expectations and status is required.

Desirable Skills: Ability to provide education to junior skillset team members across global positions, capable of delivering documentation and training on areas of interest on ServiceNow capabilities.
