We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in platform architecture, development and administration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ServiceNow implementations, defining architectural solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring the platform aligns with business goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM).
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, integration strategies and roadmap planning.
  • Define and enforce ServiceNow best practices, coding standards and technical governance.
  • Oversee ServiceNow platform health, performance and security.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor junior developers and administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, Jira, SCCM, LDAP).

Required skills include 10+ years of IT experience, at least 6+ years dedicated to ServiceNow, proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture and module implementation, strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes) and experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations.
