Role : Service Now Engineer IRM.Location : Phoenix-AZ, Utah , NYC, NY : 12+ Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements.- Implement and maintain core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.- Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure platform upgrades, patches, and releases are executed with minimal disruption.- Maintain data integrity within ServiceNow through audits and best practices.- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., monitoring systems, HR, CRM, ERP) as needed.- Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security, and compliance Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
