Business Development Representative Opportunity

About the Role:
  • This is a chance to join our team as a Business Development Representative, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients through effective tele-calling and customer engagement strategies.
  • Your primary goal will be to generate leads and clearly explain company products and services to prospective customers.
  • You will maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • We are looking for someone who can coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business targets forward.
  • A successful candidate will be able to convert leads into opportunities through excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • You will provide exceptional after-sales support to strengthen client retention, building trust and loyalty with every interaction.
  • Daily and weekly reports of calls, leads, and conversions will be prepared to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in tele-calling and customer relationship management.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to meet targets and achieve results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software is essential.
  • A positive attitude and customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this role.
