Job Description:

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating records of customer interactions. This includes handling customer complaints in a timely manner and providing suitable solutions and alternatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for this role.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • Facilitate customers with registration and legal documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and interact with financial institutions as needed
  • Liaise with departments such as Accounting, Legal, and Liaisoning
  • Process customer accounts and file documents
  • Collaborate with senior authorities to complete additional tasks

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry regulations - Understanding of Department of Stamp Duty & Registration guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications - Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to Learn and Work with AI-Powered Tools - Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Additional Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software - Familiarity with CRM software to improve customer engagement and interaction
  • Experience with Document Management Systems - Knowledge of document management systems to efficiently manage customer records and documentation
