Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the US recruitment market, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering roles across multiple clients and industries
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
