About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team as a Senior Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team and driving technical innovation to deliver industry-leading digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions using Agile methodology
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical vision and roadmaps
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve technical product management and communication with stakeholders
  • Manage engineer staffing strategy to ensure alignment to Scrum and Agile principles
  • Promote use of industry-leading technology trends and continuously assess AA IT needs and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
  • 9+ years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies
  • Strong technical leadership skills and extensive experience in Agile methodology-style leadership environment
  • Experience in leading a team of individuals with various levels of skills and experience in potentially high-stress and challenging situations
  • Basic financial skills
