Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate manpower requirements, and support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview, select, and onboard top talent.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop plans to meet business needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive morale and productivity.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS.
    • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Conduct training needs assessments in consultation with managers.
    • Develop and track learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
