
Business Development Specialist – Client Engagement

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
This role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our services effectively.
- Client Management: Manage inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Campaign Feedback: Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Key Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
