Lead Generation Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and convert potential clients through social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online communities and be able to craft effective outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify relevant online communities where target clients are active.
- Build authentic presence by contributing valuable content, comments, and discussions.
- Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions, and demand signals.
- Execute outreach strategies (messages, comments, posts) while complying with community rules.
- Track and report leads generated through online activities.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align messaging.
- Monitor online trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.
Proven Experience: In lead generation, social media marketing, or community management.
Strong Understanding: Of online community culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules.
Excellent Written Communication Skills: With the ability to adapt tone per community.
Experience in Client Hunting: B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling.
Familiarity with Tools: For online monitoring, scheduling, and analytics.
