We are seeking a highly skilled and organized export marketing professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with international partners to develop and implement content strategies.
  • Maintain records of international book fairs and exhibitors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and partners through email updates.
  • Engage with international schools to promote educational content.
  • Collaborate with designers to create international catalogs.
  • Explore new business opportunities through targeted emails.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to reach global customers.
  • Research and negotiate shipping quotes for exports.
  • Manage exporter lists and update records accordingly.
  • Finalize book pricing with directors for international orders.
  • Coordinate with the Order Desk to generate invoices.
  • Consolidate orders from schools by sourcing books from other publishers.
  • Negotiate better discounts with booksellers for third-party books.
  • Distribute catalogs and letters to booksellers, libraries, coaching institutes, and education officials.
  • Compile annual sales reports.
Required Skills:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of export processes and logistics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in export marketing or sales.
  • Previous experience in the education or publishing sector is advantageous.
