Business Development Manager

A strategic professional responsible for driving growth through new business acquisition and relationship management.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and engage with new clients to meet sales targets.
  • Product Sales: Sell a range of financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
  • Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking services to existing clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and proper documentation.

Requirements:
  • Age: 21-32 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in BFSI sales.
  • Location: Local resident with strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Transportation: Must own a bike for local travel.
