About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves handling customer queries and concerns over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to manage escalations and queries efficiently, and possess good work ethics and a calm attitude.

About You

You will be responsible for:

  • Converting customer inquiries into sales orders
  • Coordinating with different marketplaces for promoting sales of products
  • Partnering with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients
  • Managing customer queries in English or Hindi
  • Communicating with customers in an efficient manner
  • Understanding tableware and home décor categories quickly
  • Helping customers with technical and billing-related queries
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and updates to customers
