Customer Service Team Member

As a key member of the Response & Resolution Team at Vodafone Idea Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their issues. This includes coordinating with various teams and functions to identify and address customer complaints, as well as managing regulatory compliances related to Customer Care and Billing Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage closure of customer issues referred to the circle from the partner team, Response & Resolution PF.
- Execute or coordinate circle-specific issues at the circle recommended by Proactive Resolution CoE.
- Manage circle-specific regulatory compliances pertaining to CC & BO Operations.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills to identify process/product gaps and provide resolutions.
- Good coordination and influencing skills.
- 2-3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in the telecom domain.
- Knowledge and subject matter expertise around VIL processes and systems.
