Rewards Delivery Specialist - Complex Program Manager
This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of compensation and benefits process for a set of countries, across brands, legal entities and employee groups. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experience in the area of rewards.
A key aspect of this position is balancing complexity and diversity across countries and brands in the region, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing an aligned employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Rewards in a global and complex environment, as well as implementing or using a leading global HR system with advanced compensation and benefits modules. Strong analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability and a collaborative working style are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance to HR on local program/policy matters and prioritizing rewards resources
- Coodinating and executing the annual compensation review cycle and liaising with internal stakeholders within own geographic scope
- Acting as a sparring partner on individual salary proposals requiring special expertise
- Working with HR and Finance locally to prepare budget proposals (merit and rewards budget in general)
- Providing training, analyses, and background preparation for Rewards programs and processes to enable stakeholders
Continuous improvement involves proactively identifying areas of improvement in how the Rewards package is constructed and Rewards are applied, conducting market analyses, and identifying gaps to market and areas needing special attention.
The role also involves vendor management, including reviewing vendors against service level agreements for benefits service delivery, contract negotiation, and escalations.
Furthermore, the role requires ensuring compliance of local rewards/benefits programs and participating in global COE projects, responsible for deployment within own region.
As a flexible and adaptable team player, the successful candidate will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder matrices, engaging and mobilising diverse local HR stakeholders, and driving improvements to ensure great employee experience.
