Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee financial operations and RERA compliance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, complying with RERA guidelines.
  • RERA Compliance: Oversee RERA compliances, financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations.
  • Clients Support: Assist developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial obligations.
  • Project Management: Monitor project accounts and verify the proper utilization of funds as per RERA norms.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage client compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Adherence to Laws: Ensure adherence to statutory laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Budgeting: Oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking, ensuring variance analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Jr. Team Management: Guide and manage junior team members involved in financial operations and RERA compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Business Acumen: Proficiency in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong accounting foundational skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
