Seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader to support business decision-making through data-driven insights.

This key role will oversee global budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, driving strategic growth and performance.

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.
  • Prepare in-depth analysis packages with clear explanations of variances, risks, and opportunities, key drivers of value, and metrics.
  • Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including detailed financial modeling.
  • Manage cash forecasts to monitor cash burn and ensure liquidity.
  • Support scenario planning, long-range financial modeling, and ad-hoc strategic analyses.
  • Partner with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on capital raises, providing pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis.
  • Oversee the company's capital structure, managing dilution scenarios with additional funding rounds, SAFE agreements, Convertible Debt, and Option grants.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a high-growth company.
  • Expert financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Business Intelligence/reporting tools a plus.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently, hands-on, and support stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Fluent, professional level of English is required.
