Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive financial discipline, compliance, and business scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading finance functions with a focus on strategic planning, finance controllership, investor relations, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the integrity of financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and implement robust accounting practices and ERP systems to enhance financial controls, risk management, and compliance.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure regulatory adherence and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic initiatives and growth plans.
  • Lead initiatives to improve profitability, unit economics, and return on investment through process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, to ensure seamless execution and efficient cash flow management.
  • Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence by reviewing and approving all financial processes, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Support equity and debt fundraising efforts by building strong relationships with investors and stakeholders, and providing transparent and timely reporting.
  • Lead financial due diligence, board reporting, and investor communication to drive informed decision-making and maintain stakeholder trust.
