Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to drive strategic growth and excellence in our organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking to optimize our financial health.
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls, governance policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to maximize financial resources.
  • Provide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and performance reports for investment discussions.
  • Lead financial and operational due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance and investor expectations.
  • Implement financial technology solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Drive automation and process improvement in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business growth.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and investor relations.
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
