Senior Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and be qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems (MIS), and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing tax audits and ensuring statutory compliance;
  • Ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements;
  • Oversseeing financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS);
  • Driving and monitoring internal audit processes;
  • Utilizing SAP for all financial operations and reporting;
  • Performing financial analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel;
  • Ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements;
  • Liaising with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies;
  • Preparing and managing accurate and timely management information system (MIS) reports;
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) processes;
  • Leading periodic financial planning and performance reviews;
  • Providing variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast;
  • Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions;
  • Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards using Advanced Excel;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting;
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting;
  • Tracking key business KPIs and suggesting improvements for financial efficiency.
