Senior Financial Executive Opportunity

Our organization seeks an accomplished Senior Financial Executive to drive financial success and growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute strategic financial plans, leveraging your expertise in financial strategy, planning, and management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure accurate projections and informed decision-making.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to senior leaders, facilitating data-driven decisions.
Financial Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, maintaining transparency and compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
Audit & Compliance
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure and minimizing risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulations, safeguarding the organization's reputation.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and regulators to maintain strong relationships.
Taxation & Regulatory
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments, ensuring timely payments and adherence to statutory timelines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, implementing necessary process updates to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a CA
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
