Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial strategist to join our team as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with expertise in scenario planning, valuations, and cash flow management.

This is a full-time leadership role based in South Mumbai, where you will oversee the development of financial systems, drive growth forecasting, and manage investor relations.

  • Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across multiple brands.
  • Design and implement advanced scenario planning and valuation models to inform business expansion strategies.
  • Develop and enhance management information systems (MIS) reports and cash flow management systems for scalability.
  • Streamline finance and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain effective relationships with investors through timely projections and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and scale-up.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and valuations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CA or MBA Finance preferred.
