Strategic Financial Leader

Job Summary:

The Group Finance Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial management strategy, encompassing key areas such as planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations. A strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and deep expertise in corporate finance is required to drive business growth.

About the Role:

This critical leadership position oversees financial operations across multiple business units and geographies, necessitating a candidate who can develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives. The successful individual will ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting, manage financial planning and budgeting, and oversee tax planning and regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in line with business goals.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, or equivalent advanced financial certification.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
