Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Strategist to drive talent development, compliance, and employee engagement across our manufacturing division.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in strategic HR planning, especially in gems and jewellery or related industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400 employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational values aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures to promote employee well-being and career growth.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal mechanisms to foster a positive work environment.
  • Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans to ensure seamless growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.
