Human Resources Strategist

As a Human Resources Strategist, you will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment and hiring process to fill open positions in a timely manner.
Talent Acquisition Strategy- Lead the recruitment process by working closely with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering employment packages and onboarding.
- Accurately process employee payroll, ensuring timely and correct distribution of paychecks.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers (goal-setting, feedback, and rating/calibration).
- Administer accurate attendance records (leave & work hours)
- Maintain and update HR policies to ensure alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline
- At least 8 years in HR generalist role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good writing style
