Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the organization's financial strategy and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis: Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee financial reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital: Optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, including tax, audit, and legal filings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and international markets (North America and UAE).
