Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for our company's financial management, encompassing accounting and financial reporting functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an overall accounting strategy and oversee the day-to-day finance operations.
  • Direct core accounting functions, including general ledger management, payroll administration, utilities management, treasury management, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a deep understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures in accordance with company expectations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and management to align with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization within the department.
Requirements:
  • CA / CMA / ICWA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), or semi-qualified professionals with 8 - 9 years of relevant combined experience (including training).
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing accounting operations and managing general ledger processes across multiple entities.
  • Strong understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with leadership.

Hands-on experience with ZOHO and Tally is essential. Zoho certification required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
