Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage all offline marketing activities for our retail business.

The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and on-ground channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and footfall to stores.

  • Develop and execute effective offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, branding, signage, visual merchandising, and events to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage print, outdoor, radio, and other offline media campaigns to ensure consistent brand visibility.
Main Responsibilities:

Liaise with partners, vendors, agencies, and creative partners for campaign execution.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to design innovative campaigns.

Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, preparing performance reports and analytics for management.

Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions.

Ensure all activities are executed within approved timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of offline marketing channels in the retail sector.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution ability.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for brand aesthetics and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

6–10 years of experience in offline/retail marketing.

Proven track record of handling ATL/BTL activities in retail.
