Role: Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Tarava store at Oberoi SkyCity Mall, Borivali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building customer relationships, driving sales, and representing a premium heritage brand.

Requirements:

  • Location: Borivali or nearby areas
  • Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi (preferred)
  • Education: Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail sales (luxury, lifestyle, or jewelry industry experience will be an added advantage)
  • Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, providing a premium in-store experience
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure the store reflects Tarava's brand values of elegance, artistry, and trust
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
