Role: Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Tarava store at Oberoi SkyCity Mall, Borivali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building customer relationships, driving sales, and representing a premium heritage brand.

Requirements:

- Location: Borivali or nearby areas
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi (preferred)
- Education: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in retail sales (luxury, lifestyle, or jewelry industry experience will be an added advantage)
- Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers, providing a premium in-store experience
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure the store reflects Tarava's brand values of elegance, artistry, and trust
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
