Job Title: Sales Officer General Trade (Retail)

Role Overview

The Health Factory is expanding its footprint in the retail (general trade) segment, and were looking for energetic and driven Sales Officers to join our team. This role is best suited for professionals from the dairy, bakery, or allied FMCG industries, who understand the dynamics of perishable and fast-moving categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage retail outlets within the assigned territory.

Achieve primary & secondary sales targets for dairy/bakery FMCG products.

  • Ensure 100% availability, freshness, and visibility of products across stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive sales.
  • Monitor stock levels, timely replenishment, and shelf placement.
  • Drive execution of trade promotions, activations, and new product launches.
  • Coordinate with distributors for supply, claims, and collections.
  • Track competition in the dairy & bakery category and suggest counter strategies.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market insights to the sales manager.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).

1-3 years of sales experience in Dairy, Bakery, or FMCG general trade is strongly preferred.

Freshers with internship/field sales exposure in food FMCG may also be considered.

Strong retailer relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of dairy/bakery distribution practices.

Target-driven with strong negotiation and influencing ability.

Knowledge of MS Excel & MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹30, ₹42,000.00 per month
