Role Description:

Retail Sales Associate is the face of the brand, responsible for delivering personalized styling and service to clients, contributing to store targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual presentation and professionalism. This role suits someone who is fashion-forward, energetic, and customer-obsessed.

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and engage customers, understanding their preferences and needs


• Provide styling advice and recommend products that suit the customer's taste and occasion


• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance


• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with VM guidelines


• Assist in handling stock deliveries, tagging, and replenishment


• Build lasting relationships with clients and manage customer loyalty


• Maintain store hygiene and uphold brand presentation standards

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:


• 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate in any field


• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred (freshers with strong passion for fashion may be considered)


• Good communication skills and grooming standards


• Flair for styling and customer engagement
