Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Operations Director to oversee store operations and drive sales for Global Watch Brands stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability.

Sales Growth:

  • Drive Sales: Meet/exceed sales targets through effective staff management and motivation.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide guidance and support to sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Sales Strategies: Implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.

Customer Experience:

  • Foster Customer-Centric Environment: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Team Development:

  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Positive Work Environment: Create a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Financial Performance:

  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the store's financial performance.
  • Cost-Effective Measures: Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

Security and Compliance:

  • Adherence to Protocols: Ensure adherence to security and safety protocols.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven Retail Experience: Proven retail management experience, preferably in the watch industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
