Workforce Management Specialist

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of our workforce at manufacturing facilities. Your key objective will be to oversee talent acquisition, statutory compliance, legal liaison, HR policy formulation, and fostering positive employee relations.

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies
  • Maintain secure employee records
  • Ensure statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities
  • Cultivate positive employee relations
  • Lead the HR function during regulatory audits

This role requires meticulous maintenance and updating of all employee records, as well as close coordination with lawyer(s) and labour law consultants. You will also be responsible for implementing digitization of compliances, managing labour contractors, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge and understanding of all regulatory requirements from an HR point of view. A degree in human resources is essential, along with at least 12-15 years of experience, and 5-6 years spent leading plant HR activities.
