Job Title: Workforce Integration Specialist

Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Integration Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement integration solutions using APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
  2. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored integration services.
  3. Design and implement architecture programs to support integration needs.
  4. Perform thorough testing of configured applications to ensure quality and efficiency.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  6. Stay current on the latest technical specifications and industry trends.
  7. Revise existing interfaces to improve performance and adapt to changing requirements.
  8. Document code, maintain revisions, and develop quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in integration engineering.
  • Knowledge of workforce and certification in workforce – integration (PT103 certification desired).
  • Advanced JavaScript expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic query writing.
  • SOAP and Restful Web Services Implementation expertise.
  • SSO Federations knowledge is an added advantage.
  • HR, payroll, or time & attendance knowledge is an added advantage.
