Cloud Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of new customers into our cloud-based platform.

About the Role

The successful applicant will lead customer onboarding sessions, guaranteeing smooth product adoption and integration. They will also assist in migrating data through pipelines while maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and scripting skills is required. Experience with Excel and spreadsheet skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform complex SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud integration, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
