Job Title:

Integration Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

This role requires an experienced and proactive administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with B2B Integrator, including working knowledge of ITXA, Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm. Experience with cloud networking and Portworx is highly desirable.

This is a 24/7 rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining B2B Integrator environments, designing, deploying, and managing integration workflows, collaborating with development and architecture teams, operating within containerized environments, and acting as Duty Manager during on-call shifts.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to support hybrid cloud integrations, contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation, and develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.
