We are seeking a workforce management professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency by leveraging Dayforce to optimize staffing and scheduling strategies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data, configuring and optimizing advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand, designing and implementing workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations, partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions, providing support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, and training end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
