A career as a Front Desk Executive offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner, routing guests on calls to the right employees, and maintaining visitor logs. They will also manage meeting room bookings, ensure rooms are prepared, handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations, and assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

This is a role that requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of MS Office / email handling and a pleasant personality with professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Any Graduate preferred
  • Ability to manage and handle reception efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance

  • BASIC knowledge of MS Office / email handling
