Senior Change Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Professional to join our team.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, HR is required;
  • At least 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management and consulting;
  • Prosci Change Management certification is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Experience with supply chain and SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage;

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a deep understanding of organizational change and the ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance;
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support organizational change;
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans;
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness;
  • Support communication efforts and design, develop, and deliver communications;
