Job Title: Retail HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to join our team at Curefit, the house of Cult.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to drive business outcomes and contribute to the growth of our retail operations. As a Retail HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing human resource functions within the Cult EBO vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate a smooth integration into the organizational culture and conduct comprehensive induction sessions for new retail/store employees.
  2. HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HRMS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Manage and resolve operational HR issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  3. Employee Grievances: Address and resolve employees' grievances effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain a confidential and supportive environment for issue resolution.
  4. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement. Organize events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Design and implement programs to gauge the pulse of the employees and enhance employee engagement at the workplace.
  5. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, ensure feedback is shared with employees. Collaborate with store managers on performance improvement plans. Analyze workforce productivity metrics and collaborate with Area / Regional Retail Managers to implement improvement strategies.
  6. Benefits & Payroll Administration: Administer employee benefit programs and address benefits-related inquiries. Collaborate with corporate HR for benefits, updates and changes. Accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs for store staff. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll compliance.
  7. Disciplinary Proceedings: Implement and enforce disciplinary procedures when necessary. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  8. Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees. Manage the exit process, including documentation, handovers, and clearance procedures. Handle cases of employee absconding, ensuring compliance with company protocols.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
