Contract Governance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Governance Specialist to oversee contract governance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and administer contracts related to administrative functions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
2. Work closely with procurement teams to facilitate vendor agreements, renewals, and contract modifications.
3. Maintain and organize contract documentation, tracking key milestones such as renewals and expirations.
4. Identify risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Assist in drafting contract templates and improving governance frameworks.
6. Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exposure around interacting and managing effective relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers vendors.
• High attention to detail, process driven, and good at project management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, or a related field.
• Overall 8 years of experience with 3 years of experience in procurement with contract management.
• Experience working in BFSI Captive IT ITeS organization preferred.
