Job Overview

This is an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee contract governance processes and ensure compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include reviewing and administering contracts related to administrative functions, working closely with procurement teams, and maintaining and organizing contract documentation.

The selected candidate will also assist in drafting contract templates, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

They will provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract management best practices and work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract governance processes and ensure policy compliance
  • Review and administer contracts related to administrative functions
  • Work closely with procurement teams to facilitate vendor agreements, renewals, and contract modifications
  • Maintain and organize contract documentation, tracking key milestones such as renewals and expirations
  • Identify risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies
  • Assist in drafting contract templates and improving governance frameworks
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract management best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, or a related field
  • Overall 8 years of experience with 3 years of experience in procurement with contract management
  • Experience working in BFSI Captive IT ITes organization preferred
