Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with expertise in contract drafting to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.

This position requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and contract award.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met and contracts are executed effectively.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
