Customer Service ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring service satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • You will handle customer queries via phone and email, providing timely updates and resolutions to issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving service-related concerns and coordinating smooth operations.
  • Support account setup, documentation, and order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage escalations, communicate proactively with customers, and document interactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on services offered.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
