
Strategic Partnership Manager

This role focuses on supporting the execution and optimization of strategic partnerships within the healthcare technology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and reporting skills, a deep understanding of healthcare innovation, and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
About This Role- Manage ongoing business relationships with vendors
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor contract issues
- Perform periodic audits of invoices to ensure contracted prices are being charged
- Conduct internal surveys to measure satisfaction with vendor service levels
- Monitor vendor performance and intervene when performance falls below acceptable thresholds
- Ensure completion of vendor dashboards, metrics, and scorecards
- Work with vendors to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Improve spend management by evaluating current usage and promoting preferred vendors
- Ensure vendor adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Revisit contract terms and conditions as necessary for changing business or regulatory needs
- Perform market analysis to ensure vendors are providing the best overall value
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, healthcare analytics, strategy, or related roles
- Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., EHR, claims, clinical workflows) and understanding of HIPAA/privacy requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital health ecosystems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a dynamic environment
- PASSION FOR IMPROVING HEALTHCARE OUTCOMES THROUGH TECHNOLOGY
- Experience working with or supporting partnerships in digital health, medical devices, or hospital IT systems
- Comfortable translating complex healthcare concepts into actionable insights
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
