Responsibilities

  • Support customers through various channels, including email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries by providing detailed information and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Provide training sessions to new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to gather additional information as needed.
  • Collect feedback from customers and use it to improve our services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar customer-facing role is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset are necessary.
  • You should be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills are a must.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities are required.
  • A quick learner with the ability to make decisions independently is desired.
